We only quote a price after checking the registers and inspecting the forest, so the offer rests on real data rather than a guess.

Fill in the form or call. The cadastral number, or the plot location and approximate area, is enough.

We check the registers and inspect the forest
We review the Register Centre and forest inventory data, then inspect the stand, its condition and access free of charge.

You receive a substantiated offer
The price is calculated from real data and put in writing. No middlemen, no hidden fees, no pressure to decide on the spot.

Signing at the notary
We prepare all documents and book the notary. The full amount is transferred on the day the contract is signed.

Foresters from northern Lithuania, working nationwide
UAB Motren is based in Radviliškis district. We buy forest and biofuel raw material, harvest and haul the timber ourselves and produce biofuel, so our price does not have to feed a chain of intermediaries.
We want the owner to understand what the buyer is paying for and what will happen to the forest next. Clear-cut areas are replanted as the Forest Law requires.

What owners ask most often
Can you quote a forest price over the phone?
No, and not every buyer is honest about that. We only give a price after receiving the cadastral number and inspecting the forest: only then is the offer based on real data rather than a guess. The inspection and consultation are free.
How much does a forest valuation cost?
Nothing. The register check, the site visit and the consultation are free, and you are under no obligation to sell.
Can I sell only part of the forest, or only the felling rights?
Yes. We buy whole plots with land, and we also buy only the timber felling rights (forest for felling) when you want to keep the land. We will help you work out which option is better for you.
How quickly do I get paid?
The full amount is transferred on the day the contract is signed at the notary. From agreeing a price to signing usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on documents and notary availability.
Do you buy inherited forest with several co-owners?
Yes. We have experience with inheritance cases and shared ownership. We will explain which consents are needed and help collect them.
Which regions do you buy in?
